Science Week fun in Senior Infants!🔬✨
This week in Senior Infants, we became mini scientists for Science Week ! 🧪🧫🥽👩🔬🔬 🍬 The Skittles Experiment We did the Skittles Rainbow Experiment . We put colourful Skittles around the edge of a plate and added some warm water. Then we watched the magic happen — the colours started to spread and made a beautiful rainbow swirl ! 🌈 🧸 The Gummy Bear Experiment We placed a gummy bear into a cup of water and made predictions about what we thought would happen to it. 🍞 Invisible Germs – The Slice of Bread Experiment We learned about invisible germs and why it’s important to wash our hands properly . We used three slices of bread : 🥪 One touched with clean hands , 🥪 One touched with dirty hands , and 🥪 One that we rubbed on a classroom surface ! We sealed them up in plastic bags and waited to see what would happen. We had the best time exploring and discovering during Science Week!
