Senior Infants 2025/26

 " Bhí seachtain iontach ag Naíonáin Shóisearacha ag ceiliúradh Seachtain na Gaeilge!” The Junior Infants had a great week celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge! We held a hat competition, and choosing the winners was no easy task! Keep an eye out for our St. Patrick’s Day hats at the local parade. We held our very own St. Patrick’s Day parade to show off our hats as we marched to the sound of wonderful Irish music. We also had a whole-school assembly where we performed three songs on stage. Although we were a little nervous, we really enjoyed it. To round off the week, we had great fun at a céilí with our classmates. And of course, we made a big effort to speak Irish throughout the week!

 

 Check out our cool creations! The children in Room 23 were busy working as a team turning materials from their recycling bins into cool new creations! Have a look!

 Room 21 flipped their way through Pancake Tuesday. WE had lots of fun flipping pancakes. It was a lot harder than it looks!!! Then we got to choose our own toppings to decorate our pancakes. We chose from marshmallows, jam or sprinkles. They were delicious.
